It’s a win-win, you either sample our service with a professionally written Project Brief for pocket change, or you consider a Project Proposal from an Award winning Project Management Firm.

At it’s most basic level, a Brief tells you WHAT the project is and HOW the project will be executed. A well written Project Brief establishes a foundation for the projects later success. You send it to Consultants when you request proposals, to Contractors for quotes, it is included in your head contract and you refer back to it as the ‘guiding principles’ for project decisions. 

The initial session usually takes about 30 minutes or up to 60 minutes for more complex projects, then we can usually turn around your Brief in less than 48 hours.

The Brief is a well rounded overview of the project, and touches on objectives, program, budget, constraints, deliverables and more.

From building a hospital to building a granny flat – every project should have a Brief. It sets the project on the right foot from the start and helps avoid common problems.
